The National Competition for Young Musicians (Concurso Permanente) represents Spain in the European web of national and international music competitions for the youth, called EMCY. The objective of this organisation is to support young talents in their musical as well as in their human development. It comprises more than 50 national and international competitions in 27 European countries. JM Spain gives scholarships to prize-winners of the National Competition for Young Musicians (Concurso Permanente) to participate in different international competitions as well as in the so-called European Competition, which unites prize-winners of all European competitions. Additionally, the prize-winners receive scholarships to visit different academies and courses in Europe. Thanks to the ample web of collaboration, numerous concerts take place in Europe. |
